My inspiration, my beautiful girl

My daughter died today. She was 25.

She was my inspiration to fight my breast cancer. I did it so she'd have me around for a long time. And now she is gone.

She will continue to inspire me to every greatness I might achieve.

But not today. Not right now.

Hi Penny,

Russ and I want you and Dave to know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. I only got to meet "The Pretty One" over the phone a year ago but I didnt have to meet her in person to know that she was the light of yours and Daves life. We are so sorry for your loss.

Penny,
My God I can't type through the tears. We have shared "only daughter" stories for years. She will always be with you and Dave. The memories, oneday, will be sweet... just now right now.....

Penny,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. She was our first real babysitter and my favorite red-headed bell ringer... We loved her dearly.
If there is anything we can do, please let me know.

Crying again. The love that you, Dave and PJ share has been a big, bright light for all of us out here, too. And always will be..

Penny-Dave,
No words could ever be enough, your love for her showed through in every word you spoke about PJ. Know you are in our thoughts and prayers as is PJ. Di and Pat

Penny, You broke my heart when you wrote for Mothers Day this year. You asked if you were still a mother. I say, "Oh, God, YES!" you paid the ulimate sacrifice. The one that we lie in bed late at night and tremble in fear when we hear sirens in the night. You will continue to "mother" PJ in your heart forever. I'm sorry seems like such a pathetic offering. But I truly am. Cheryl
